Efren Zubia is the owner and founder of AZ Field Services, an oil and gas service company he established in 2013 with just one truck. Since then, the business has experienced significant growth, now employing over 70 individuals and offering a wide array of services. These include trucking operations, roustabout services, heavy equipment management, facility design, construction, maintenance, and environmental remediation. Under Efren’s leadership, AZ Field Services has become a trusted name in the industry.

Originally from Midland, Texas, Efren graduated from Midland Lee High School in 2010. Growing up in the Permian Basin allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the local energy sector, which has been instrumental in building a company that effectively meets the community’s needs. Over the years, AZ Field Services has earned a reputation for providing reliable, high-quality work with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and sustainable practices.
