Gerardo Ramos, AZ Field Service’s heavy haul supervisor, has dedicated his career to the trucking industry since 2015. He began his journey with hotshot and vacuum trucks, gradually expanding his expertise to include belly and heavy haul trucks. This extensive experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and demands of the field. Since 2023, he has been proud to be part of AZ Field Services, where he continues to apply his skills and contribute to the team’s success.
One of Gerardo’s key achievements in his professional development is earning his certification as a DOT Compliance Manager. This certification has not only enhanced his understanding of regulatory compliance but has also allowed him to ensure that operations meet the highest safety standards. He is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, which he believes is essential for the success of the industry.
Born and raised in Midland, Texas, Gerardo has a deep connection to his roots and the community he grew up in. It’s here that he has built his family and found his greatest joy. He has been happily married to his wife, Samantha, since 2014. Together, they are blessed with four wonderful children: Brayden Rey, Dianelly Ariel, Gerardo Abran, and Xzavian Abel. His family means the world to him, and he cherishes every moment spent with them.
In addition to his professional interests, Gerardo has a passion for music, which serves as a wonderful outlet for his creativity and a way to connect with others. Whether he is drumming or singing melodies with friends and family, music brings joy and harmony to his life.
Outside of work and music, Gerardo deeply values spending quality time with his family and friends. They often engage in activities that bring them closer together, whether it’s a weekend outing or simply enjoying a home-cooked meal. He believes that strong relationships are integral to a fulfilling life and strives to nurture the bonds he has with his loved ones.
