Horacio is the Field and Construction Manager at AZ Field Services. He oversees all roustabout operations, maintenance, and construction projects. With extensive experience in the oil and gas industry—as well as a solid background in environmental and compliance work—Horacio brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team.

Originally from Monclova, Coahuila, Horacio moved to Washington, D.C. in 2003, where he worked as a plant manager. His journey in oil and gas began in 2005, and since then, he has grown alongside the industry—transitioning from building facilities without formal plans to expertly reading blueprints and leading crews with confidence.

Horacio joined AZ Field Services in 2022 as a roustabout pusher and quickly rose to his current leadership position. Outside of work, he enjoys watching soccer—especially cheering on Santos Laguna—cooking for his family, and spending quality time with his wife and four children.
