Jorge Galindo, AZ Field Services’ Lease Operations Manager, is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry, with experience dating back to his senior year of high school. Born in Midland, Texas, and a graduate of Odessa High School, Jorge began his career working in the pulling units division of the oil field in 2017 before transitioning into tubing scanning. His early experiences provided him with a solid foundation in the field, allowing him to develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the industry.

His drive and dedication led him to AZ Field Services in January of 2023, where he started as a lease operator and steadily worked his way up to his current role as Lease Operations Manager. Jorge is known for his strong leadership, hands-on expertise, and commitment to operational excellence. Jorge is known for his problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges. His passion for the industry, combined with his relentless work ethic, has been instrumental in his rapid rise through the ranks.

Under Jorge’s guidance, the team at AZ Field Services has achieved significant improvements in efficiency and productivity. Outside of work, Jorge enjoys spending time with his wife, Karla, and their three children—Adiel, Aribella and Audrielle. When Jorge is not working or spending time with family, you can find him out at a roping arena or golf course.
