Roberto Zubia has been with AZ Field Services for over 5 years. He started off as roustabout pusher and has moved up to a field supervisor managing the dirt construction side of the company.

Roberto was born and raised in Midland, Texas where he graduated from Midland High School in 2013 and started working in the industry later on that same year.

He joined the AZ Field Services team on August of 2019. Quickly after joining the team, Roberto helped kick off their environmental division working hand in hand with environmental firms all over the Permian and Delaware Basin.

Roberto’s contributions have been instrumental in expanding the company’s reputation for excellence in sustainable practices. These efforts have not only resulted in successful projects but have also earned AZ Field Services recognition and accolades within the industry.

Roberto’s journey with AZ Field Services is a testament to his hard work, vision, and unwavering dedication. As he continues to lead and innovate, there is no doubt that his influence will leave a lasting impact.

Outside of his professional achievements, Roberto’s commitment to his community is equally noteworthy.  Balancing his professional demands with his personal life, Roberto is a testament to the power of dedication and passion in both work and family.

Roberto just recently married the love of his life, Areli, in September 2024, and his marriage quickly became his top priority. Roberto loves to spend his time with his family and newborn baby, Alani.
